BJP promises to probe Mission Bhagiratha, Mission Kakatiya if given power: Dr K Laxman

Update: 2018-10-12 05:30 IST

Hyderabad: State BJP president Dr K Laxman announced that the party would probe the issue of omissions and commissions in Mission Kakatiya and Mission Bhagiratha if it came to power. Addressing the media here after the party Election Management Committee (EMC) meeting on Wednesday, Laxman wanted the caretaker Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao to answer the issues raised by party chief Amit Shah, instead of mounting an attack on Shah for his oratorical skills.

Stating that the people of the State cannot be taken for a ride with honey-laced words of the TRS chief; the BJP president said till date K Chandrashekar Rao could not give a suitable reason for early dissolution of the State Assembly and going for elections, despite claiming to have 90-member support in the House.

BJP MP Bandaru Dattatreya, national joint organising general secretary Santhosh Ji, Telangana in-charge Krishna Das, former BJLP leader G Kishan Reddy and party national leader Nallu Indrasena Reddy participated in the meeting.
