Police conduct flag march to instil confidence among public

 Mahbubnagar: The Maddur police conducted a flag march in Maddur Mandal of Mahabubnagar district on Friday. According to police, the main objective behind conducting the flag march was to instil courage and remove fear among the people as elections are nearing. 

As part of the flag march, the police along with 65 personnel from 99th batch Rapid Action Force (RAF) lead by DSP Swayam Prakash, from Reserve Police Force, Srinivas Rao Circle Inspector and Nagaraju, Sub Inspector of Kosgi marched along the streets of Maddur town.

“As elections are nearing, we want to create a sense of security and give courage among the public with the flag march. The police will take all the necessary steps to ensure safety and security of the public,” said Srinivas Rao, Circle Inspector.
