Many governments did not think about welfare of farmers and treated agriculture as a waste sector. But CM KCR considering farmers as a king introduced many welfare schemes for developing the agriculture sector in the State, he added.

The TRS government waived off about 45 lakh farmers’ loans in its four and half years besides declaring Rs 10,000 per acre of land for each farmer under farmer’s investment scheme in its election manifesto. TRS is the only government which is striving for upliftment of the farm sector in the State, he added.

Enhancement of pension for disabled persons from Rs,1,500 to 3,016 and to the aged persons from Rs.1,000 to Rs.2,016 and deducting the age limit from 65 years to 57 years are some of the major initiatives that were included in the election manifesto for leading the State  towards achievement of Bangaru Telangana, he pointed out.

The people are well aware of other political parties who deceived the Telagnana people during their reign and are ready to give bumper majority to the TRS party under the leadership of R&B Minister Tummala Nageswara Rao in coming up elections, he opined.
