KCR a mammon-worshipper: Jaipal
Hyderabad: Former Union Minister and senior Congress leader S Jaipal Reddy stated here on Saturday that caretaker Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao is a man of money (moota). Speaking to media, Jaipal Reddy alleged that KCR had given contracts worth Rs 70,000 crore to two contractors from Andhra and said that people should think as to who lost mental balance. He said that if K Chandrashekar Rao becomes Chief Minister again, he would loot the State and distribute the largesse to his men.
He said that as KCR released the loan waiver amount in four instalments, huge burden fell on the farmers. If the Congress comes to power in the State, Rs two lakh loan waiver would be done in one go. He said Congress never deviated from the word (assurance) given since the regime of late Dr YS Rajasekhara Reddy. He flayed KCR for bringing in foul (muriki) language into the State.
