Bhadradri temple to play host to tribal devotees
Bhadrachalam: Sri Sita Ramachandra Swamy temple will organise Sabari Smruthi Yatra on Wednesday, said the temple’s Assistant Executive Officer Sravan Kumar on Monday.
As part of this programme, the temple will conduct special pujas in the shrine. In early hours of that day, a massive Giripradhakhsana programme will be conducted by the tribal devotees, he said.
They will present tribal traditional dances and sing songs in praise of Lord Rama. A Nithya Kalayanam will be conducted with the tribal devotees at the temple premises, the AEO said.
On that occasion, the priests will conduct special pujas to the presiding deities with the various flowers and fruits plucked exclusively from forests, he said. The darshan of deities will be free on that day and Swamy variprasadam will be distributed to the tribal devotees, he said.
Not only that a free transport facility will also be arranged for the tribal devotees from various places in the neighbouring State of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. The temple will also provide for the accommodation to the devotees. He appealed to the devotees to come here and participate in the programme to make it a grand suceess.
