Teach a lesson to Congress, Harish urges voters

Siddipet: As part of his election campaign, caretaker minister Harish Rao campaigned at Japti Nacharam in Siddipet district on Thursday. Speaking on the occasion, he called people to teach a lesson to Congress party which is conspiring to bring back Andhra imperialists who were sent back by KCR.  He said that Congress has sought help from TDP as it lacks confidence to win over TRS. Terming both Congress and TDP as cheats, he said that both cheats have come together to deceive Telangana people.

He urged people not to trust both the parties and do not get lured by money and other inducements. Claiming unprecedented development in last four years, he said the credit goes to the caretaker CM KCR. Citing various welfare and development policies initiated by TRS government, he asked people if they ever received even Rs 10 from Congress.

Referring to Kaleshwaram project, he said that 90 percent of work is completed and by next rainy season, water of the project would reach their fields. On this occasion, several people joined TRS in the presence of Harish Rao. Toddy workers association passed unanimous resolution to support TRS and submitted letter to the leader. 

Prominent leaders present on the occasion include district library association president Prabhakar Reddy, DCCB chairman C Devender Reddy, former sarpanch of the village Kanaka Reddy, Raithu Samanvaya Samithi state council member Devi Ravinder, mandal TRS president R Durgaiah, MPP Radhakishan Reddy, former MPP  B Kanakaiah, TRS leaders Anuradha, Sadguna, Surender Rao, Narender, Raji Redy, Srinivas and Mallesham. Later, Harish Rao participated in a rally up to village center and hoisted party flag.
