Pragati only at Pragati Bhavan, flays Aam Aadmi Party
Hyderabad: Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) of Telangana has recently announced its first list of candidates in a public meeting under the banner, “Samanyula Shankha Raavam”. The party also released its manifesto for the Telangana state.
AAP Telangana observer and advisor Priyanka Kakkar lashed out at the opposition for raising no concern of the common man during the tyrannical rule of KCR. ‘Pragati’ is only seen at Pragati Bhavan in Telangana, she said. “Aam Aadmi party has been working in Telangana for many years, and now we are going to fight for 119 seats. We are receiving a good response from public and people have been applying from various constituencies. We have already selected 15 candidates, including two women and one differently abled person,” she added.
It’s hard to win on the planks of education and health, Priyanka Kakkar said. Voters should understand that these are aspects that can develop, but not by Jumlebaazi. Aam Aadmi party has started 40 services for public and wants to do the same in Telangana. With the help of the services, bribes can be eliminated at government offices, as it was successfully implemented in Delhi. “Government officials come directly to your home and prepare your documents or certificates and hand it over to you at home,” she added. In Telangana, VAT charges are very high touching 35 per cent in petrol and 24 per cent in diesel, she further added.
It is very sad that people still have to travel 1 km to fetch water in places like Chotu Uppal and Rajendra Nagar. People should give a chance to Aam Aadmi party this time. They should vote consciously. Starting a project is not considered to be development, but a proper execution of a project can only be called as development, Priyanka Kakkar said. “People here in Telangana were expecting Aam Aadmi party to come, and we are here. If people send us to the Assembly, we will change everything in three years,” she added.
