TRS to resume campaign with new vigour
Hyderabad: TRS supremo K Chandrashekhar Rao will intensify his party’s poll campaign after recuperating from dental and eye-related ailment which he has been suffering from lately. Tentatively, KCR will kick-start campaign in November first week. He returned to Hyderabad from New Delhi on Monday night after undergoing a minor treatment at private hospital in the nation’s capital.
Leaders said that the arrangements for the conduct of major public meetings in Khammam, Warangal and Karimnagar are already in full swing. The three meetings will be held in November first week. KCR has already addressed three such big meetings in Nizamabad, Wanaparthi and Nalgonda districts recently.
The party leaders said that KCR has prepared a campaign strategy under which he will take part in the district-level public meetings first. After that, the TRS chief will address the Assembly constituency level meetings.
Like in 2014 elections, KCR is planning to address public meetings in nearly 100 assembly constituencies. TRS senior leaders KT Rama Rao and T Harish Rao have already embarked on tours in the selected assembly segments and are addressing local public meetings for the last one week. The two leaders have concentrated mainly on Rangareddy, Medak and Mahbubnagar districts.
