Congress to contest 94, leaves 25 to allies

Hyderabad: The seat-sharing among the alliance partners has been finalised and clarity has been given by the Congress on the seats to be left to Telugu Desam Party, Telangana Jana Samithi and Communist Party of India.
 
According to reliable sources, the Congress Central Election Committee, which met on Thursday, has cleared the proposals of the TPCC in this regard. The official list of the Congress would be announced by AICC on November 8 or 9.

As per the arrangement, the Congress will contest 94 seats and it has finalised the names of 90 candidates. The Telugu Desam Party has been given 13, the TJS eight, CPI three and one seat to Majlis Bachao Tehreak.
