Aam Aadmi Party promises 20KL clean water to every house
Nampally: The Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) on Sunday while releasing its Telangana people’s manifesto promised to provide 20,000 litres of free clean water to every house every month and to cut the power charges by 50 per cent. Addressing a meeting at Exhibition Grounds here, the AAP leaders promised to regulate fee in all schools and create basic infrastructure and new education policy with reduced syllabus in government schools.
The leaders said additional programmes would be launched to ensure that study of children suit their capabilities and age. Vacant posts in all schools would be filled. Teachers would be given special training. New classes and schools would be constructed and school management committees constituted. Educational loans of Rs.10 lakh each would be provided without the guarantee by the parents, for which the government would give surety. The AAP leaders held out an assurance to establish universities in all districts.
