TRS is committed to development of Muslims: Mahmood Ali
Khammam: The TRS government is committed to the development of Muslims and is striving hard for their welfare under the leadership of Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao, said Deputy Chief Minister Mahmood Ali on Monday.
Mahmood Ali, who visited the district, along with former MLA and TRS candidate Puvvada Ajay Kumar participated in a meeting held at a madarasa, Cheruvu Bazaar in Khammam.
Addressing the meeting, the Deputy CM said the TRS government sanctioned Rs 2,000 for the development of madrasas in the State which no other government in the country ever did.
CM KCR is the only Chief Minister who recognized Muslims and allotted Deputy Chief Minister post to a Muslim, he added. People are appreciating the TRS party for enormous development works and innovative welfare scheme introduced for all sections in the State, he added.
All the people belonging to Muslim community must strive hard in giving bumper majority to the TRS candidate Puvvada Ajay Kumar, he appealed.
