Serilingampally: Secunderabad MP and former Union minister Bandaru Dattatreya on Friday questioned the right of TRS to seek votes after failing to honour its promise of providing drinking water to every house. Speaking as the chief guest at a meeting of important leaders convened by Serilingampally BJP candidate Yoganand, he advised the party activists to strive for the success of the candidate who has been selected by the party.
Dattatreya called upon voters not to back TRS because of its failure to honour its assurances to people and for Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao reaching an unwritten understanding with the MIM. Among those present were Jnanendra Prasad, Butchi Reddy, Nagulu Goud, Rajashekar.
