Kuna Srisailam Goud steps up pace of campaign

Quthbullapur: People’s Front nominee Kuna Srisailam Goud is enthusing the party activists by vigorously canvassing in several areas with renewed zeal. While interacting with voters he is impressing upon them to need for rejecting candidature of a turncoat who is in the poll fray. Kuna on Sunday called for defeat of those who switched loyalties to the ruling party after and swindled crores in the name of the Mission Bhagiratha scheme, while campaigning in Balaji Hills of the Nizampet area. He assured the residents to immediately solve their drinking water problems after winning the Quthbullapur seat, by holding discussions with HMDA managing director. He was accompanied by Prasad, Srinivas Reddy, Venkateshwar among others.

Goud inaugurated a ‘Praja Kutami’ programme organised at Bachupalli by Kolanu Hanmanth Reddy. The participants included Muddamreddy Madhav Reddy. The People’s Front candidate undertook a ‘padayatra’ in Venkateshwara Colony of the 132 division. He moved house to house interacting with residents while appealing to them to vote for him on December 7. He assured them to render justice in meeting their civic needs. Goud was accompanied by activists Venugopal, Ashok, Ramesh, Sravan, Chalappa, Bandi Srinu, Jnaneshwar.

He also took part in a ‘padayatra’ in Jonnabandapet, Basheerbadh along with Lakshman, Intiaz, Shiva Reddy, Lokesh, Nishanth Reddy, Balayya.  Goud alleged that the winner in 2014 had failed do anything worthwhile for the benefit of Jonnabandapet residents. If elected, he assured to develop the area. Meanwhile, several activists from other parties joined the Congress in the presence of State Youth Congress leader and KKM Trust chairman Kuna Srinivas Goud. In the ‘Vanabojanam’ programme organised by the Kapu Sangham in Apurupa Colony, Goud was the chief guest. He assured the gathering that he would be always available to them if any need arises. He also promised that justice would be done to the Kapu community by the Maha Kutami government. The participants in the programme included M S Vasu, Kunche Krishnamurthy, Narendra Babu, Ramakrishna, Sitaramudu, Srinu.
