All the activists, who strive for the party’s development, will get their due, KTR assured the newly joined leaders. Further he told them to work hard for the party’s win in all 12 constituencies of erstwhile Warangal district in the forthcoming elections.

Maheshwaram Kishan Rao, Gore Pasha, Vadicherla Prasad, Pasunuri Suvarna, Sathish Kumar, Veldi Prabhakar, Vijay, Sekhar and Shiva were among scores of Congress workers who switched over to the TRS along with Rajanala Srihari.

Speaking to The Hans India, Rajanala Srihari said: “It’s going to be tough for the Congress in all 12 constituencies of the erstwhile Warangal district. Nannapuneni Narender has a clear edge over Congress nominee Vaddiraj Ravichandra in the Warangal East constituency due to the developmental activity taken up by the TRS government in the last four-and-a-half-year.”

It may be mentioned here that Rajanala Srihari, who has been a loyal Congress worker for the last 28 years, aspired for the Warangal East ticket. He also filed his nomination papers as Congress rebel but withdrew later to join the TRS.
