Don’t tell lies on power situation, KCR taunts Modi

Hyderabad: Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao has asked Prime Minister Narendra Modi not to speak lies on power sector in Telangana and challenged the BJP leader to travel along with him in helicopter to check the facts in Nizamabad.

The chief minister, speaking at an election rally in Mahbubangar, reacted to the comments of Prime Minister Narendra Modi in Nizamabad. “I never thought there will be a stupid prime minister like him. Narendra Modi, I challenge you, come to Nizamabad we will ask the people whether they are facing water and power problems.” ‘Aapko jawab dena chahiye Modi saab. Aap Bharat ke Vazeer-e-Azam hai... Itni gandi baat kaise bol sakte aap (Mr Narendra Modi there is no power problem in Telangana.

“Don’t lie but for the sake of votes. I am very sorry to say this because you are a responsible prime minister of the country.),” said Rao. The chief minister said that he would not be afraid. “I am not going to get afraid. Am I Chandrababu Naidu to get afraid? My life is like an open book,” said Chandrashekar Rao. He said that there was no power problem in Nizamabad and advised the Prime Minister not to speak lies.
