Revanth assures of fulfilling all promises

Bhongir: TPCC working president Revanth Reddy on Wednesday warned of taking stringent action against officials who are harassing the Congress party workers.

He held an election campaign meeting at the Government Junior College in Bhongir. Addressing the huge gathering, he urged the people to vote for the Congress party in the forthcoming elections as the party carved Telangana.

He assured the people of implementing all promises made in the Congress manifesto for the welfare of all sections of people and progress of the State.

Stating that KCR took 6 per cent kickbacks from contractors of irrigation projects and Mission Bhagiratha, he challenged the Chief Minister to prove his honesty within 48 hours.

As many as 1,200 people sacrificed their lives for separate Telangana, but only KCR family benefitted in past four years after formation of the State, he added.

Stating that UPA chairperson Sonia Gandhi ignored the political loss to the party to realized the dreams of the people by forming the Telengana State, he urged the people to support Congress to release the state from the clutches of the dictatorial KCR family. 

In this meeting, party MLA candidate from Bhongir constituency Kumbam Anilkumar Reddy, party leaders Guduru Narayana Reddy, former ZP chairman Kasireddy Narayan Reddy, T Ravi Kumar, Pothnak Pramod Kumar and people in large number participated.
