NCP promises houses, jobs to voters

Mahbubnagar: Conducting a house-to-house election campaign in Divitipally village of Mahbubnagar district, Marepally Sindu, wife of NCP candidate from Mahbubnagar Marepally Surender Reddy promised to set up an industry near the village and provide employment to all the educated youth in Divitipally and surrounding villages in the district.

Marepally Sindu said particularly the educated youth and homeless poor have suffered a lot during the past four years as this government had ignored their welfare. Campaigning on behalf of her husband Sindu said if voted as MLA candidate from Mahbubnagar, Surender Reddy would work to deposit Rs 5 lakh into the accounts of all those houseless poor and would help them financially to construct houses. Similarly, she also promised the SCs and STs would be given Rs 6 lakh for the construction of their houses. 

In fact Marepally Surender had expected a ticket from the Congress party, however, as the Mahbubnagar MLA seat went to the TDP, a partner of the Mahakutami, Marepally quit the party and filed his nominations from NCP party as MLA contestant in Mahbubnagar.
