Poll expenditure observer visits Bharachalam consistency

​Kothagudem: An observer for the election expenditure Githish kumar visited the Bharachalam consistency on Friday. He perused the records and praised the officials for maintaining the record of expenditures of the candidates contesting the Assembly elections.  He said every officer should observe the expenses of candidates and make entry into the expenses book constituency wise.
