Zoo to be shut on polling holiday

Bahadurpura: As per the section 25, Central Act 1881 and Notification dated June 8, 1957, the Government of Telangana declared the day of elections on December 7 as a public holiday in the areas of 119 Assembly constituencies in the State of Telangana. The government announced the election day as general holiday for all the government offices and educational institutions in the areas of the 31 District Assembly constituencies. In lien of this, the Nehru Zoological Park, Hyderabad, will remain closed on Friday.
