People’s Front will come to power in Telangana: Azad
Zaheerabad: Former Union Minister Gulam Nabi Azad said People’s Front would form the government in Telangana State. He participated in a public meeting herd here on Tuesday in support of Congress contestant J Geetha Reddy. Azad said that the Congress party along with partners of the alliance would form the government on December 12. “KCR failed to fulfil the promises he made during last elections.
‘Bangaru Telangana’ is possible only with Congress,” Azad said. He urged people to vote for J Geetha Reddy with a big majority. Karnataka Congress Party working president Eshwar criticised that a family ruled the state and members of the family are the only beneficiaries.
Contestant J Geetha Reddy promised that she would try to reach out all welfare measures to the poor. She said she had tried very hard to bring major industries to the constituency. She appealed to people to give her another chance.Former ZP Chairperson Sunitha Patil, Jaipal Reddy, senior leader Y Narotham, People’s Front leader, presidents of congress party from various mandals, party activists from Jharasangam, Kohir, Nyalkal, Zaheerabad attended the meeting.
