Azampura: The Jamia Nizamia Old Boys Association on Wednesday urged the Muslims to vote for the TRS and MIM in the Assembly election to be held on Friday. Speaking to media persons at the residence of Caretaker Deputy CM Mohammed Mahmood Ali in Azampura, the president of the association, Maulana Hafiz Mohammed Abdul Qadeer, along with other members, urged the Muslims to vote for TRS in constituencies throughout Telangana other than constituencies where MIM has been contesting.

Abdul Qadeer said that caretaker CM, K Chandrashekar Rao had supported Muslims during the last four-and-a-half years by all the possible means through his schemes. As a symbol of appreciation, Muslim community should support the TRS and MIM in the Assembly election, he said.  “During the last four-and-a-half years there was no communal incident, and it was a proof that CM upheld Ganga-Jamunee Tehseeb,” he added.
