People Front victory certain: Anil Kumar

Musheerabad: People Front-supported Congress candidate Anil Kumar Yadav exuded confidence that he would win the seat with a huge majority. He was speaking at the flagging off a rally at Tank Bund on Wednesday, the final day of campaigning. Thousands of Congress activists, along with People’s Front leaders participated in the rally held in support of the party candidate. 

Speaking on the occasion, Anil Kumar said that BJP and TRS would compete for second place as he was sure to win the seat with a huge majority. Criticising BJP candidate Dr Lakshman, he alleged that the BJP state president had ignored the constituency as he was always busy roaming in the State managing party affairs. He said that people were facing a lot of inconvenience due to several issues such as open nalas and drainage problems. 

He promised people that he would develop Musheerabad as model constituency with the blessings of AICC president Rahul Gandhi. He urged youth to support him in winning the seat. Among those who participated in the rally include TDP city president MN Srinivas, Congress city president Anjan Kumar Yadav, TJS leader Narsaiah, CPI leader Dr Sudhakar, former corporators, local youth and others.
