Tulla Veerender Goud condemns raids at activists houses

Kapra: People’s Front Uppal candidate Tulla Veerender Goud on Wednesday condemned the police raids on the houses of party activists and said that the raids were conducted on the pretext of unearthing liquor and cash in houses. Addressing the press persons at the party office at Nacharam, he said that as many as 100 police personnel barged into Telugu Yuvatha secretary Kottala Balaraju’s house at Nehru Nagar of Ramanthapur at midnight and threatened them. He alleged that the ruling party was misusing the police, and that they would complain to the Election Commission against the raids.

Later, Veerender Goud led a bike rally at Kushaiguda, Nagarjuna Colony, Chakripuram, ECIL and Housing Board in Cherlapally division. He also visited various colonies in Mallapur and Nacharam divisions. Leaders TGK Murthy, Mallesh Vamsaraj, Somasekhar Reddy, Bhikshapathi and Prasad were present.
Vasavi Parirakshana Samithi founder-president N Veera Venkatesh Gupta, along with members V Subramanyam, M Rajagopal and Alluraiah, extended their support to his candidature in a statement. 

They alleged that TRS government neglected to take action against the demolition of Sri Vasavi Matha Temple at Nizampet and that it failed to establish a corporation for Arya Vysya community. They appealed to the community to ensure electoral victory to Veerender Goud with a huge majority. TJS minority leader Nasreen Kour conducted a meeting at People’s Front (PF) Office with 30 Muslim women from Uppal and Mallapur division in support of Veerender Goud. They extended their full support to him and pledged to work for his poll victory.
