Dr BR Ambedkar remembered

Hyderabad: The 63rd death anniversary of Dr BR Ambedkar was observed by NMDC HO ST/SC Employees’ Welfare Association on Thursday, at NMDC Corporate Office.  Speaking on the occasion, Dr NK Nanda, Director (Technical), said that Dr BR Ambedkar created awareness about the democratic values and highlighted fundamental rights and duties towards the social and economic development of country. Sandeep Tula, Director (Personnel), in his address said that Ambedkar dedicated his life for the upliftment of downtrodden people and society at large.

Pavan, General Secretary, remembered the outstanding contribution of Dr Ambedkar, especially his principles of oneness and equality and also his dedicated efforts in framing the Indian Constitution. Dr Narendra K Nanda, Director (Technical), Sandeep Tula, Director (Personnel), officials of NMDC, B Hanumantha Rao,  B Jagadeeshwar and Pavan, President, Working President and General Secretary  respectively of SC/ST Association, and others paid tributes to Dr BR Ambedkar.
