Police Commissioner Anjani Kumar thanks people

Hyderabad: City Police Commissioner Anjani Kumar has thanked the people of police personnel, leaders and supporters of all political parties and the common people for their support in ensuring peaceful conduct of elections on Friday.

"All officers of city police convey hearty congratulations to you all for   showing a great belief in the peaceful democratic process. We derived encouragements from your support at every stage of the election preparation.  I convey my sincere thanks to each and every HG and PC officers and all senior officers who have worked day and night for the last 2 months. Their family support was tremendous. I convey my heartfelt gratitude to the family members of all the police officers. 

I convey my gratitude to all the political party leaders of all the parties and their supporters for contesting the elections with the true spirit of democracy," he said. Hyderabad city has shown that we are the best in the country and our culture is of love and affection, he said.
