CITU leaders release poster on general strike at Kapra

Kapra: The leaders of Centre of Indian Trade Unions (CITU) on Wednesday released posters of two-day nationwide general strike scheduled from January 8. Addressing a gathering, CITU Medchal District secretary G Srinivasulu said that as many as 10 trade unions and employee unions would be participating in the strike. 

He said that strike call was given against Central government’s anti-labour policies. He appealed to the people to make the strike a grand success. Cherlapally Industrial Employees Union treasurer Srinivasa Rao, Superpack Employees Union general secretary Ravikumar, vicepresident Vasantha Rao, assistant secretary Charanraj, treasurer Murthy, organiser Karunakar, leaders Srinivas, Naresh and Mantraiah were present.
