MLA Pilot Rohit Reddy denies leaving Congress, lambasts TRS
Tandur: MLA Pilot Rohit Reddy on Wednesday categorically said that he was not going to desert the Congress to join the TRS. Addressing press persons along with municipal chairperson Sunitha Sampath and PCC executive member Dhara Singh at his camp office here, Rohit Reddy it was a rumour deliberately spread by the pink party leaders. He warned sand mafia to mend its ways and asked officials to change their attitude. He appealed to the people to submit proof so that action will be taken against the culprits.
Rohit Reddy revealed his plan of action for developing the constituency after a lengthy discussion with District Collector. He said he had identified nine civic issues to be solved and also prepared an agenda to curb pollution. The MLA said that he strove hard to create basic facilities in the district hospital by making officials release funds. He assured modernisation of trauma care centre and mortuary. He also said that process was initiated for creating a permanent facility for ITI. Congress leaders Prabhakar, Narasimhulu, Murali Goud, Vijay, Sudhakar, Srinivas Chary and Venkatesh Chary were present.
