Tribute to Munshi Premchand on January 12 at Lamakaan

Safarnama Theatre presents, 'Moteram Ji Shastri,’ one of the plays to pay tribute to Munshi Premchand, on January 12 at Lamakaan from 7:30 pm onward.

The play is about a well versed, astute and flamboyant school master who is married to a very de-motivated woman who keeps cribbing about their middle class status. Be it the art of poetry, content writing or grammatical intellect, the man possesses it all. But at times knowledge and talent is not all that matters. Wealth does, and it does matter big time. Knowing this, our pauper teacher couple aspires to make it big in some way or the other.
