E-challan system launched by SP Chandrahshekar Reddy at Sangareddy

Sangareddy: E-challan system was introduced with an aim to control road accidents, said district SP Chandrahshekar Reddy after launching the E-challan system at new bus stand here on Friday. He said E-challans will be sent to commuters’ residence.  One can pay challans at Mee Seva centres and nationalised banks.

Chandrashekar Reddy advised the commuters to follow the traffic rules.  The SP said school children were the worst victims of road accidents. He said police would seize the vehicle, if vehicle owner fails to pay E-challan in a week’s time. E-challan was introduced in Zaheerabad and Sangareddy for people safety, added Chandrashekar Reddy. DSP Sridhar Reddy, Traffic CI Sanjay Kumar, SIs and other staff were present.
