Curtains on city police sports meet

​Hyderabad: City Police Annual Sports and Games Meet-2018 concluded at Shiv Kumar Lal Police stadium at Goshamahal on Friday. Home Minister Mohammed Mahmood Ali attended the meeting as Chief guest and awarded medals and trophies to the winners of various events. 

The Chief Guest in his address outlined the importance of both sports and sportsmanship.Earlier, the closing ceremony was set in motion with a relay race and tug of war of senior officers. Police Commissioner Anjani Kumar stated that winning or losing in sports is not at all important but the happiness originating from participation in sports is highly cherished trophy. City Armed Reserve unit of city police won the overall championship of the Annual Sports and Games Meet-2018.
