New Era College celebrates annual day
Musheerabad: New Era Educational Institutions Junior College and Academy held its annual day celebrations ‘Pushkar Utsav 2019’ at RTC Kalabhavan on Sunday. Senior technical officer of ECIL and academician Dr RVSS Avadhanulu, who was the chief guest of the programme, wished the students a bright future and hoped to see them become great scientists.
Avadhanulu urged parents and teachers to help students achieve their lofty goals. He explained how the mathematics was developed in the ancient India three thousand years ago. He advised them to take inspiration from the great scientists of the ancient era and strive to achieve excellence in their respective fields.
Dr Shravan Kumar, director of New Era, advised students to keep away from the gadgets and not waste their precious time. He said that every student should have a ten year goal and work hard to achieve their goal.
Criticizing the current educational situation, he said that most of the colleges are interested only in extracting fees instead of imparting quality education. He urged parents to identify their children’s interests and encourage them achieve excellence in the fields they are interested.
