Contestants told to extend cooperation

Zaheerabad: Cooperation from contestants is absolutely essential for conducting panchayat elections peacefully, said Rural SI Vinay Kumar on Wednesday.

He was addressing the candidates (sarpanch, ward members of Mogudampalli and Zaheerabad mandals) at the awareness programme at MPDO office here on Wednesday. MPDO Ramulu urged the candidates to follow the election code strictly and desist from any unlawful activity.
