Model bus station to come up at Yadadri

​Hyderabad: Chief Secretary S K Joshi on Wednesday instructed the officials concerned to prepare a master plan for construction of a model bus station near Yadadri temple in Yadadri-Bhuvanagiri district.

 At a review meeting here, Joshi asked the officials to submit a detailed report with all requirements and facilities for the proposed bus station at the earliest. He wanted the officials to set a deadline and work out a plan for the new facility which includes a new power sub-station with 132/ 33 kv capacity and also better street lighting. 

 Joshi asked them to take steps to set up parks, markets, junctions development, roads, drainage, foot path, dumping yard and other civic amenities. The temple town should also be equipped with Command Control Centre and fire station to meet emergency needs. Development of Gandi Cheruvu, regular drinking water supply, establishment of Vedic School and Sri Lakshmi Narsimha Swamy Sculpture and Architecture Institute were also discussed in the meeting.
