GHMC standing committee okays 4,993-crore works
Hyderabad: The proposal for the construction of separate drains for rain water, sewerage and sewerage treatment plants (STPs) with an estimated cost of Rs 4,993 crore has been approved in the GHMC standing committee meeting. The meeting was held here on Thursday, and it was presided by the city Mayor BonthuRammohan. The committee passed a total of ten resolutions during the meeting.
GHMC Commissioner Dana Kishore, standing committee members G Anjaiah, M Lakshmi Prasanna, S Swarna Latha, Mohammad Murthuja Ali, Nasreen Sultana, Mohammad Mobin, Mohammad Majid Hussain and Thumu Shravan Kumar, GHMC officials Harichandana, Shruthi Ozha, Sandeep Jha, Musharaf Ali, Kennedy, Devender Reddy, Raghuprasad, Srinivas Reddy, Shankaraiah, Jiauddin, Suresh and others attended the meeting.
