Palamuru man elected as American Telugu Association president
Nagarkurnool: Palamuru man, Parameshwar Reddy of Timmajipet mandal from Nagarkurnool district has been elected as the president of American Telugu Association (ATA).
A native of Potireddypally village in Timmajipet mandal, B. Parameshwar Reddy is born to Konda Reddy and Narayanamma. He had done his primary schooling in the village and later went to Hyderabad for higher education.
After completion of his engineering course from Deccan College of Engineering, Parameshwar Reddy migrated to the US for his masters 25 years back and had settled there. Ever since then he had been working actively as a member of ATA and had served for the welfare of the Telugu people in America.
“It is a great privilege to have been elected as ATA president and would work with more dedication and responsibility for the welfare of the Telugu people wherever they are in the USA,” said the newly elected ATA president.
