Fire erupts at drive-in re

Madhapur: A fire accident occurred in Status drive-in restaurant, located in Madhapur Ayyappa Society, on Wednesday, when a straw placed on the roof of the restaurant caught fire and spread to the entire restaurant. The employees of the restaurant were evacuated in time and no deaths were reported. 

As soon the fire was observed, the management informed Madhapur Fire Station and the fire staff and GHMC disaster teams approached the site of the accident. The fire staff took nearly three hours to contain fire. District Assistant Fire Officer Vijay Kumar said that an investigation would be conducted to know the cause and the estimate of loss of the property.
