Roshan Doula residents warned of middlemen
LB Nagar: Legislator Devireddy Sudheer Reddy on Wednesday appealed to the residents of Roshan Doula not to believe rumours on distribution of central funds to them. Addressing the colony residents, he reminded that he had assured to allot house sites to them at another area, during his last tenure as legislator. He rued that the allotment of sites was stalled due to group rivalry among politicians.
Now the central government had sanctioned Rs 81 crore for rehabilitation of the colony residents, he explained. The MLA categorically said that the money was meant for rehabilitation and it would not be distributed to them. He alleged that some of the mediators were trying to prevent rehabilitation process with a political intention by resorting to misinformation.
