Devireddy Sudheer vows all-round development
BN Reddy Nagar: Legislator Devireddy Sudheer Reddy assured the colony residents that he would solve all the civic issues of the area in a meeting organised by associations of various colonies at BN Reddy Nagar Auditorium on Sunday. The organisers put forth various issues, including registration problem, house taxes, parks, drainage, swimming pools, association building, CCTV cameras and roads. After patiently listening to all the grievances, he alleged that the TRS leaders hoodwinked the residents in the issue of registration.
He said that though the state government spent two months in its office, the ministers were not appointed. He said that he would address the issue after the appointment of municipal administration minister. He also said that he recently met GHMC Commissioner Dana Kishore and informed him about the high rate of house taxes in LB Nagar constituency. Sudheer Reddy said that the commissioner responded positively and expedited the process of examining the files related to the reduction of the taxes.
He said that the registration is a long-pending problem, and that he had brought the issue to the notice of the then undivided Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister YS Rajasekhar Reddy, when he was a legislator. Sudheer Reddy said that the later Chief Minister Nallari Kirankumar Reddy also responded positively on the issue. As Kiran kumar Reddy’s tenure was completed three months early the issue remained unsolved, he recalled.
However, The MLA assured to the gathering that he would strive hard to solve the registration issue at any cost. He also assured them that he would conduct a meeting with the municipal administration officials on other civic issues. The legislator vowed to all-round development of the constituency. He vowed to establish play grounds to the youngsters. He warned of action against those officials who involve in taking bribes from the newly-constructed house owners.
