Advocates protest over key concerns

Kukatpally: Advocates boycotted work in local courts under the auspices of the Bar Association in response to the all-India call by the Bar Council pressing for advocates’ welfare and solutions to their problems here on Tuesday.

The advocates, while expressing resentment, took out a rally from the Public Gardens, Nampally to the Raj Bhavan. They also submitted a representation to Governor E S L Narsimhan. Many members of the Kukatpally Bar Association and legal practioners were among them.
