Kids echo their voice against terrorism

Warangal: The students of Shine School took to streets on Friday to protest the killing of Indian jawans in Kashmir on Wednesday. Sporting banners, they raised slogans “Jai Jawan, Jai Bharath” and “Down down terrorism”.

A Class VII student G Medha Thanvi said that it was disturbing to see the dastardly act of a terrorist who took the lives of Indian jawans. “I feel proud for our soldiers who sacrificed their lives for the cause of the country,” Medha said. Another student Sowgandhika said that the terrorists should be punished. 

School director B Venu Yadav who led the rally said it was heartening to find his students expressing their views about the terrorist attack. “In a bid to inculcate sense of patriotism, we have organised the rally,” he said. School incharge B Satish Yadav and others took part in the rally.
