ATF national convener Ravinuthala Sashidhar said that the security forces have been operating for the last four years under several constraints in Jammu and Kashmir and that they brought marked changes by flushing out terrorists. Besides, the forces have been successful in preventing the infiltrations from across the borders foiling the evil design of Pakistan.
