Candlelight rally at PJTSAU

Hyderabad: The NCC cadets and students of Professor Jayashankar Telangana State Agricultural University (PJTSAU) took out a candlelight rally from the college premises to the university auditorium to pay homage to the CRPF jawans killed in a terrorist attack at Pulwama in Jammu and Kashmir. 

About 150 UG and PG students led by 40 NCC cadets of the university participated in the rally on Friday evening. Earlier, a large gathering of students along with the Dean Student Affairs Dr Vishnuvardhan Reddy, Associate Dean College of Agriculture Dr J Satyanarayana, NCC Commander in-chief Col Srinivasa Rao, Major CRS Srinivas, OISA Dr P Ramesh Babu and others observed two minutes silence in respect of the jawans who lost their lives in the service of the nation.
