Corporator vows to develop graveyard

Nagole: Corporator Cheruku Sangeetha Prashanth Goud inspected a graveyard at Vambay Colony in the division on Tuesday. 

She said Rs 16 lakh was sanctioned for its development. She assured to the graveyard committee members that the works would be started at the earliest and that she would be available round the clock for any sort of help. Later, Sangeetha toured BK Reddy Nagar Colony and interacted with the residents. 

She patiently listened to them and assured them of addressing the civic issues in the colony at the earliest. The corporator said the funds from the GHMC were allotted for the development of the locality. Sangeetha said the corporation has been striving hard in developing the division in all fronts. 

The corporator said the state government’s prestigious Kanti Velugu programme has been receiving a tremendous response from the people.
