Tourist spots beckon one & all to tech hub

  Hyderabad: The Hi-Tec City zone abounds in unique tourism spots mixed with scenic beauty and technological installations.

Nature splendour 
at Shilparamam 
The village museum in the Shilparamam has been attracting city visitors to witness the scenic and rural atmosphere created at the cultural centre. Women vegetable sellers in tiny shops, saints, replicas of artisans and children playing games leave memories to be cherished lifetime by the visitors. The organisers were conducting programmes depicting Indian culture and tradition during weekends. Various trees, flower plants, lawn, boating, handicraft products, stalls have been an added attraction for the visitors.

An iconic IT Hub
The image of Cyber Tower flashes as soon as somebody utters Hi-Tech City. With its giant structure symbolising the IT growth, the Cyber Tower has been attracting the passersby for decades. Famous software companies are located in it where thousands of employees are seen busy with their work.

Durgam Cheruvu 
dons new look 
The State government has been focussing on beautification of Durgam Cheruvu by allotting sufficient funds. The hyacinth has been removed from the tank and walking and cycling tracks have been laid around the lake. The restaurants, food stalls with greenery has been attracting families to the Durgam Cheruvu. Apart from all these attractions, the construction of prestigious hanging bridge with hundreds of crore rupees has been going on a fast pace.

Art Gallery a venue 
for budding artists
State Art Gallery spread over three acres is located in a hilly area at Kavuri Hills in Madhapur. This gallery provides space to at least 10 artists to display their works. The auditorium in the gallery resembles a mini stadium. The auditorium with a seating capacity of 200 has been equipped with modern facilities. It has been hosting meetings and screening of short films.
