Cyberabad CP turns guide to students

Hyderabad: Deviating from the routine hectic work, the Cyberabad Police Commissioner V C Sajjanar on Wednesday turned himself as a guide and in a novel way gave tips to the students appearing in the intermediate exams and their parents. Since the exams are scheduled on Wednesday and SSC exams are going to start very soon, the top cop advised the students to attend the exams peacefully with greater confidence. 

He said that exams are a part of life and when the students face it without fear then only then can achieve their goals. He told students to visit the exam centre before the exam date to avoid any tension on the actual exam day. Reach to the centre one hour before the exam time. Keep the hall tickets, pens, pencils and exam pad etcetera at one place to avoid misplacing of hall ticket. 

A sound sleep is required before facing the exam so do not go for night studies to avoid the forgetting problem. Wash the eyes with cool water to relieve the pressure on eyes. Consume nutritious light food to digest it easily. Avoid junk foods and outside eatables. Avoid tea and coffee and prefer more water to avoid dehydration. 

Consume coconut water, buttermilk, watermelon and don’t forget to have tiffin in the morning which enhances the brain working. Keep away the cell phones and social media. Don’t read the new topics on the exam day and concentrate on the earlier studied topics and recollect them. He advised parents to make their children to concentrate on physical exercise and to practice meditation. Don’t fight before children especially during the exam season. See that your child gets sufficient food and sleep during the exam’s time.
