Kamal Jyothi Abhiyan programme launched
Malkajgiri: State BJP women’s wing president Yamuna Pathak on Thursday launched the Kamal Jyothi Abhiyan programme in Biharbasti of Gowthamnagar division.
Addressing the gathering, she explained the welfare schemes like construction of lakhs of latrines under the Swachh Bharat programme, Beti Bachao, Beti Padaho being implemented by the Narendra Modi government. Pathak claimed that Modi was able to take up many programmes in the last four years, which was not done in the last 70 years.
The Union government, she stated, had ensured distribution of LPG cylinders to six crore women under the Ujwal Yojana Scheme and sanction of loans to ten crore women under the Mudra Yojana for self-employment.
Among those present were Usha, Lakshmamma, Latha and Pramila.
