Rich tributes paid to Sir C V Raman

  Tandur: The National Science Day was celebrated in a grand manner at government and private schools in Peddemul, Yalal and Basheerabad mandals. A variety of experiments was conducted in Yalal ZPHS marking the Science Day.  Science teachers Nagamani and Kasimbhi informed that Sir CV Raman’s effect was approved on this day, and, as a result, Indians celebrate it as National Science Day.
 
Various private school managements garlanded the portraits of CV Raman and recalled about his achievements.  Teachers explained Raman’s effect to the students.
