Left bodies demand waiver of mess bills

  Osmania University: Left wing students unions organised a signature campaign in front of Arts College on Friday demanding government to do away with mess bills worth Rs 14 crore. They also demanded Rs 3,000 per PG student and Rs 8,000 per PhD student towards fellowships. 

“Vacant positions in teaching and non-teaching categories should be filled immediately,” they added.

AISF leaders K Srinivas, Kranthi Raj and Satya, PDSU leaders G Shyam, Srinu, Ranjith, Rakesh and Harish, SFI leaders Murthy and Ravi took part.
