Warangal: Hectic arrangements are being made for the success of TRS working president KT Rama Rao, who is scheduled to visit Warangal on March 7 as part of preparatory meeting of the cadres. Addressing a press conference here on Monday, Warangal East MLA Nannapuneni Narender announced as many as 10 committees to organise the meeting in a fool proof manner.

He said that the meeting is aimed at measuring the preparedness of the party cadres belonging to seven Assembly segments of the Warangal Lok Sabha constituency. KTR would also review the party situation in Mahabubabad Lok Sabha constituency, he added.

“We have invited 3,000 active party workers from each Assembly segment for the meeting which is to be held at Azam Jahi Mills grounds. As part of massive arrangements to give a rousing welcome to KTR, a bike rally will be organised from Mulugu road junction to Azam Jahi Mills grounds passing through arterial junctions of MGM Hospital, Pochhamma Maidan, Kashibugga and Venkatrama Theatre,” he said.

Narender who is in-charge of the preparatory meeting urged the cadres to discipline themselves during the rally and meeting to make it a big success.

This apart, the party cadres also planned a grand welcome for KTR, who is arriving from Karimnagar, at Hasanparthy the border of both the districts. Meanwhile, all the MLAs of the region are geared for crowd mobilisation on large scale. Separate committee have been constituted to look after arrangements including welcome rally, dais, publicity, food and water etc for the preparatory meeting.
