Work for massive win in Lok Sabha polls: Rajanala

Warangal: Former SAAP Director and TRS leader Rajanala Srihari appealed to cadre to coordinate with the leaders to ensure large presence of people to give a rousing welcome for the party working president KT Rama Rao, who is scheduled to address a preparatory meeting at O-City in Warangal on Thursday (March 7).

“With the Lok Sabha elections fast approaching, it’s time for the cadres to regroup and display the same spirit they showed in the recent elections to the Assembly. There should not be any complacency even though the TRS had swept the Assembly polls,” Rajanala Srihari said.

He said that TRS will play a massive role in the national politics if it wins 16 out of the 17 Lok Sabha seats in the State, a target set by Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao. Both Warangal and Mahabubabad Lok Sabha constituencies are TRS’ strongholds and it’s difficult for the Opposition to make inroads into it, he added.

Srihari appealed to cadres to support Warangal East MLA Nannapuneni Narender, who is looking after the arrangements of the preparatory meeting of the senior leaders.

Desaipet Vartaka sangham president Adepu Ravinder, Maheshwaram Kishan Rao, K Ashok, Vinay Kumar, G ravi Prasad, M Nagaraj and A Prashanth were among others present.
